Nothing rings in the cheery season like the sights of holiday LIGHTS, LIGHTS, LIGHTS!

Last night I checked out Canyon Lights and it was beautifulllll. The only thing missing was hot apple cider and roasted chestnuts.

I went over to the Urban Fare today to catch up with former CFL Champion Tommy Europe. He shared his thoughts on the Grey Cup...but most importantly, he shared his favourite exercise move. Well, he made me do it.
